Upon meeting Aaron, I was taken aback by his level of maturity and professionalism for such a young man. It became apparent that he was ahead of his years in not only how he conducted himself in work but outside of work as well.I had the huge honour of working with Aaron for just short of 2 years and he is without doubt at the top of the list of employees I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside.
Not only does Aaron give 100% to everything he does, he also ensures that others around him are looked after and motivated in their roles. Aaron became pivotal to the business and continually went above and beyond, ensuring that the customers needs were exceeded and would always leave the venue with a smile and a huge satisfaction that he had made a difference to the shift. Aaron is approachable, he has a rare enthusiasm that never falters and is so so committed. Every team member would always enjoy their time spent with Aaron as his selflessness ensured that they were always learning from him whilst he worked alongside them.
I wouldn’t hesitate in employing Aaron again given the opportunity, that goes without saying. More importantly however he has become a very reliable and dependable friend whom will be a huge asset to any business that he becomes part of.

I first met Aaron seven years ago. He joined my athlete youth development program at the gym I owned. I knew then Aaron had huge potential. He was focused, keen and enthusiastic. He never missed a session and was always the first one there. When Aaron came of age to work (16) he applied for work experience at my gym. I had no hesitations taking Aaron on. I knew he would be an asset to my team, and I wasn't wrong.
He would be at the doors at 6am to help me open up. Without asking he'd be cleaning the place and making himself useful. After his 8-week placement I took Aaron on as a part-time member of my team.
This is when Aaron really shone. His enthusiasm for self development injected a new side to my business. He offered creative ideas, such as starting a podcast. He took it upon himself to figure out how. Starting at zero we had a fully broadcasted podcast within the month.
Besides his enthusiasm and growth mindset, Aaron is a very polite and friendly young man. He was a hit with all the gym members and would confidently get amongst the crowd and be himself. This led to Aaron becoming a part of my coaching team. After completing his level 2 gym instructors course he was clear to showcase his ability to lead a gym session.
I would describe Aaron as a very unique young man. At 18 years old he has the mindset of someone in their 30's or 40's. He's completely focused on growth and development, which is a rare trait, especially from someone so young.
His capacity to learn is outstanding. Aaron is always reading and learning new things. From psychology and human behaviour to productivity and business development. We regularly have chats about what he's learning and in depth discussions on personal development and entrepreneurship.
I'm excited for Aaron and his future success and he would be an absolute asset to anyone's business. His ambitions are enormous and his potential unlimited.
